It fills itself out. When it’s time to bill, just select a client's name. time remembers their specific rates and codes for you.

One-Time Setup
$250 — Up to 25 clients
Personal, guided setup of your practice inside time, including adding your practice details, entering your clients, and organizing your invoice system so everything is ready to use.
$450 — Up to 100 clients
Ideal for established practices with a larger client base that need additional setup support.
(Custom pricing available for larger practices.)
Monthly Access
$25/month
• Unlimited invoice generation
• Invoice preview before sending

• Ongoing access and basic support
• Cancel anytime.
Optional Additional Support
If you need help beyond setup — such as organizing older records, adjusting workflows, or cleaning up billing systems — additional support is available and clearly scoped. This is separate from time’s setup and available upon request.
